Free Annual Service Available

Dear Sunburnt Customers,

You probably got a call from us recently to see how you are going with your server (if you didn't, we did try to contact you!). We think it's great that so few of you had any pressing issues, however, well... we don't really believe you. There is nearly always room for improvement and we'd like to offer you the chance to improve the usage of your server by offering you a free service - just like you get done on your car every couple of years

Your free service entitles you to 15 minutes of our time to work on whatever aspect of your website, mailing lists, store, or forum that you like. Some possibilities might include:

• Adding a news folder to your website. News is a good way to demonstrate signs of life on your website and in your business.
• Adding a search box to your website. Even if you only have a small amount of content, people can find what they are looking for much faster with online search.
• Fixing up inconsistent formatting. People like consistency from page to page and within pages. It gives us a sense of order in our chaotic lives.
• Rearranging your website menu / folders. Your website needs to grow without becoming a mess, so how you arrange your content is important.
• Setting up a mailing list and subscription page. This is an easy and effective way to promote your products and stay in touch with your customers.
